A death also ends a custody record, but it should never be grouped casually with community release. The source record must control the description. A charge alone does not show conviction, and a bond amount alone does not prove that bond was posted.

Charges, bond details, and a booking photograph add context, but each has limits. Missouri law does not guarantee public access to every booking photo in every case. Juvenile status, expungement, an active investigation, or another closure rule may restrict part of the file. A rider must register in advance and have funded fare because drivers do not take payment aboard.
Lebanon itself operates no city public-transport system. OATS should not be described as an on-demand night or weekend jail shuttle.
